Every three years, Beacon Community Impact completes a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to understand the greatest needs of the communities in Beacon Health’s service area. The 2025 CHNA report details these qualitative and quantitative findings from the community.
A program that provides participants with an educational background regarding the Opioid Public Health Crisis and knowledge on the safe administration of the opioid overdose reversal drug Narcan (Naloxone). Through 2021, participants will receive 1 free Naloxone administration kit.
