Every three years, Beacon Community Impact completes a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to understand the greatest needs of the communities in Beacon Health’s service area. The 2024 CHNA report details these qualitative and quantitative findings from the community.
Healthy Families is a long-term home visiting program and that helps pregnant moms and parents of newborn infants by offering support about child development, what to expect as a new parent and how to navigate this stage of parenthood. Enrolled families receive weekly to monthly visits, education on each stage of life for their baby, and free gifts such as diapers, books, toys, hygiene supplies and safety tools.
