Every three years, Beacon Community Impact completes a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to understand the greatest needs of the communities in Beacon Health’s service area. The 2024 CHNA report details these qualitative and quantitative findings from the community.
ACHIEVE! is an Elementary PE Curriculum for grades K-5 offers a standards-based, sequential approach that emphasizes both skill development and physical fitness. Lessons are easy enough for students to grasp, and can be connected to important concepts regarding total body wellness. We often combine some of the skills taught in the curriculum and create fun, physically active games for the kids to play.
