Manager, Early Childhood Services

Darice is excited to serve as the Manager of Early Childhood Services at Beacon Health System within Community Impact, she holds an MBA in Global Healthcare Leadership and brings a strong background in quality improvement and maternal and child health.

I am deeply passionate about advancing outcomes for families and committed to driving meaningful, sustainable change through collaboration and community engagement. In her role, she works alongside dedicated teams and community partners to enhance services and support for women, infants, and children across our region. In addition to her professional role, she proudly serves as Secretary for the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE), where she contributes to advancing leadership and equity in healthcare.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and her miniature dachshund. Darice values building relationships, supporting team growth, and creating a positive impact both within the organization and in the community.
