Manager, Grants and Partnerships

Alice earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Master of Business Administration from Indiana University South Bend. She began her career with Beacon Health System and spent her first 10 years with the HealthWorks! Kids’ Museum, where she progressed from the beloved role of “Captain of the Universe” to become the organization’s “Magnificent Mastermind of Operations.” Following her time at HealthWorks!, Alice served as Volunteer Coordinator and later as a Patient Services Representative in the hospital’s discharge lounge. Throughout her career, she has led and supported numerous Lean and process improvement initiatives across Beacon Health System, helping departments enhance efficiency, improve service delivery, and create better experiences for patients and families.

In her current role, Alice manages the full lifecycle of grants, from identifying funding opportunities and developing competitive proposals to overseeing post-award reporting and compliance. She collaborates with teams across Beacon Health System to secure resources that support innovative programs and strengthen the health and well-being of the communities Beacon serves.

Outside of work, Alice’s favorite and most rewarding role is being a mom to her two boys. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new destinations through travel, and is a devoted Harry Potter fan.
