Housing Authority City of Elkhart – Head Start

The Head Start program provides the following, but not limited to, for low income families: -Early education and kindergarten preparedness -Parent engagement & education -Healthy dietary education -Emotional behavior -Vaccination education for parents The quantitative estimates for a comprehensive early education program for low income families lasts a lifetime and is oftentimes immeasurable.
