Every three years, Beacon Community Impact completes a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to understand the greatest needs of the communities in Beacon Health’s service area. The 2024 CHNA report details these qualitative and quantitative findings from the community.
This program is lead by certified community health workers who work with children with asthma and their families to learn about asthma and medication, reduce triggers, and take control of the child’s asthma. Families can also be connected to community resources and better understand their health insurance.
